LaTresha Woodruff is a News Reporter for FOX16 News. LaTresha joined FOX16 in April of 2004.

She knew she wanted to be a News Reporter since the 7th grade and has not swayed from her dreams. LaTresha comes to FOX16 from KPOM in Fort Smith where she spent two and a half years covering the news in northwest Arkansas. Prior to her move to Arkansas, she spent 5 years at WXVT, a CBS affiliate in Greenville, Mississippi.

She started as a production assistant and worked her way up to a fulltime reporter in three months. LaTresha soon had the opportunity to act as a fill-in anchor for the nightly news. Being named Media Person of the Year in Mississippi was a great honor bestowed upon her because of the great human interest stories she covered during her tenure at WXVT.

LaTresha graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in communications. She was born and raised in Mississippi and still calls it home.

LaTresha is proud to be at KLRT and is glad she had the opportunity to be part of the inaugural team for FOX16 News at Nine. She loves the area and has enjoyed getting to know the people of Little Rock and central Arkansas. LaTresha has been married for five years and spends her free time with her husband, Ricco. Like most women, LaTresha also likes to shop and spend time at the spa. She says she loves Arkansas because it is truly the natural state, especially in the fall when the leaves are changing. LaTresha is pleased she has joined the FOX16 family because she can continue working on stories that make a real difference in peoples’ lives.
